This decision was made on June 19 at a working meeting of Chairman of Tourism Industry Committee Marat Igaliyev with IATA Country Manager for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan Jordan Karmalakov.
As part of the adopted concept of development of tourist industry in Kazakhstan until 2020 the sides discussed issues of cooperation in the implementation of promising tourism projects that would receive significant competitive advantage.

In addition, the association represented the system to verify the authenticity of visa requirements called TIMATIC.
