19 residential apartments undergo reconstruction in Astana
The repair works should be completed by August 31 of the current year, accordign to astana.kz
The works also provide for installation of automated heating unit. And construction works of roofing repair are held at the repayable funds in 2 residential houses located in Prigorodny residential area. The repair execution period amounts to 2 months.
“Together with “Orken kala” LLP we are engaged in explanatory works with the population and condominium management bodies regarding the necessity of repair as part of the housing and utilities modernization program of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020”, they reported in the Housing inspection department of Astana city.
It’s worth noting that this program provides for development and measures on modernization of municipal infrastructure, creation of an optimized model of housing relations, improvement of housing and utility service quality for the population, and reconstruction of condominiums’ common property and thermal modernization through creation of special financing mechanisms.
