National budget revenues to increase by 95 billion tenge
National Economy Minister Ruslan Dalenov spoke of the revision of the national budget for 2019 at the Government session, Strategy2050.kz informs.
According to the minister, when revising the natural budget for 2019, it is supposed to retain the main projections of the country’s social and economic development.
“The target annual inflation has been maintained at 4.0-6.0%,” Ruslan Dalenov said.
He went on to say about how it is planned to increase the national budget.
“It is supposed to increase the national budget by 95 billion tenge by the means of tax revenues for 12 billion tenge and non-tax revenues for 83 billion tenge,” the minister said.
He added that non-tax revenues would rise by 83 billion tenge through increasing dividend payments by 50 billion tenge to 66 billion tenge and actual receipts valued at 33 billion tenge.
“National budget revenues (less transfer) will stand at 7 trillion 81 billion tenge in 2019. Total revenue will increase by 95 billion tenge and reach 10.7 trillion tenge. There will be also a cost increase by 95 billion tenge in step with revenue increase. Total cost of the national budget will be 12 trillion tenge, resulting in a 1.4 trillion tenge deficit,” the minister concluded.
The Kazakh PM, Askar Mamin, stressed that revised budget revenue and cost would allow meeting the need for additional funding to tackle social issues, create new economic growth sources.
