Kazakhstan Aviation Industry to produce unmanned aerial vehicles

In order to develop Kazakhstan's aviation industry and competitiveness on the market of manufacturing, technical servicing and repairing of aircraft, Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP was commissioned in 2016, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development.

Among the main tasks facing the enterprise is the execution of the State Defense Order to restore the working condition of state-owned aviation equipment. The solution to these problems is provided by highly qualified personnel, both from among specialists with experience and skills in operating military aircraft, as well as young engineers and technicians who have graduated from specialized Kazakhstani and foreign educational institutions.

In the period 2018-2020, for the first time in the territory of Kazakhstan, the domestic enterprise performed scheduled maintenance on An-72, Su-25 Su-27, S-295 aircraft.

In recent years, the staff of the enterprise has increased in 2 times, up to 200 people.

This year, it is planned to organize the assembly production of highly efficient multifunctional unmanned aerial vehicle systems to provide state bodies of Kazakhstan.

In addition, the company is faced with the goal of entering the civilian market for aviation services, including export, which in the future will make it possible to claim the status of a Regional multifunctional service aviation center.
