Head of State appoints new ambassadors to some countries

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed decrees appointing new ambassadors, the Akorda press service informs.

By the presidential decree Yermek Kosherbayev has been appointed the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Russia.

He also has been relieved of the post of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

Bolat Imanbaev, who is serving as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Malaysia, has also been assigned as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Brunei Darussalam.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Swiss Confederation Alibek Bakayev takes up the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Principality of Liechtenstein, Vatican City, under the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta.
