One of the major digitalization projects, been recently implemented, is Digital Baiterek (digital.baiterek.gov.kz), which is a single platform on the State support measures for SMEs and housing. The platform is designed to automate 33 out of 43 services provided by the Holding and its subsidiaries. The e-Government site also allows for support for businesses.
The Holding’s subsidiaries also benefit from the digitalization projects, resulting in the reduced delivery time and paper documentation.
The automatization of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund Damu enabled to decrease the time of signing contracts on grants from 30 days to 30 minutes, and that of considering applications for guarantees from 15 to 5 days.
Loans from House Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan can be taken within 1-3 days, instead of 15 days before its automatization. It also helped reduce the number of visits necessary while taking a loan.
