Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance: Who from legal persons can\'t install POS terminals yet

The head of tax committee of the Ministry of Finance of RK Anuar Dzhumadildayev explained who from legal entities will be obliged to establish POS terminals.

"Actually requirements about the installation of POS terminals exists since 2003. All of you use, likely, them in large supermarkets and so on. Simply from this year legal persons toughened and obliged to establish the requirement. But not everybody, those who the enterprises which are handing over the reporting on simplified tax forms work on specialtax modes, for example, and also the businessmen working on the patent — they aren't obliged to install these terminals. But I want to warn that since January 1, 2014 they will have to put POS terminals, but not everywhere. Because on markets, for example, it is optional to install POS terminals. It, first of all, becomes for convenience of consumers," A.Dzhumadildayev toldsaid during enlarged meeting of MF RK board on Friday.
