14 unplanned bills developed by Kazakhstan state agencies in 2012

In 2012 government bodies developed 14 unplanned bills, the Kazakhstan Minister of Justice Berik Imashev said today during government session.

"This year government bodies developed 14 unplanned bills directed on realization of orders of the President of RK and its Address, instructions of the management of Presidential Administration, the government," Imashev reported.

So, the national plan of measures on implementation of the Address of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan "Social and economic modernization - the main vector of development of Kazakhstan" of the January 27, 2012, is provided development of 7 bills approved by the Decree of the President on January 30, 2012.

In pursuance of the plans of measures on implementation of article of the Head of state "Social modernization of Kazakhstan: Twenty steps to Society of General Work" are conducted development of 4 bills which undergo now procedure of coordination with the interested government bodies. The Ministry of Justice also developed the bill directed on legislative settlement of application of a polygraph in law-enforcement service. As a result, by Ministry of Justice it is developed, by the Ministry of Defense it is worked in parliament and the Law "On entering of additions into the Law RK "On Holidays in RK" is signed by the Head of state. The Ministry of Finance developed the bill "on modification and additions in the Law RK "On Government Procurements".
