KazTransOil distributes shares among investors of

The KazTransOil Company declared the end of calculations for results of a subscription to common shares of the joint stock companies offered to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and accumulative pension funds within the National IPO program, the national company press service reports.

"JSC KazTransOil reports that calculations on December 21, 2012 came to the end following the results of a subscription to the common shares of JSC KazTransOil placed in number of 38,463,559 pieces on organized securities market within a state program "National IPO". As a result of carrying out calculations of an action were distributed and enlisted into brokerage accounts of the investors who have submitted applications with write-off from them corresponding sums of money," the message read.

By results of distribution 34,676 demands of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan (79.1% from placed actions), 10 demands of NPF (20,4% from placed actions) and 1 demand of the market maker (0,6% from placed actions) are satisfied.
