KazTransOil didn't satisfy the application worth 7 million tenge in

Applications for the sum over 7 million tenge on JSC KazTransOil shares within the National IPO program remained unsatisfied, the company press service reports.

According to the company, all common shares of JSC KazTransOil offered within the National IPO program in number of 38 463 559 pieces were placed. 

"Unsatisfied there were applications of individuals (citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan) regarding the sum exceeding 7 million tenge. Total amount of unsatisfied demands of individuals (separate and total) made 71 635 075 tenges. Demands of accumulative pension funds are satisfied to proportionally submitted demands of 15,3% from the declared demand," the message read.

All transactions on results of a subscription are calculated. JSC Kazakhstan Stock Exchange granted to members of the exchange certificates. Opening of the auction in the secondary market common shares of JSC KazTransOil will take place on December 25, 2012.
