Kostanaycitizens owe the municipal enterprises nearly 326 million tenges, the 1st deputy mayor Victor Meyster said.

"According to the cities and areas information the population debt for utilities made 325.8 million tenges, from which 94 million tenges or 28.8 percent hopeless debt. The main debt is the share of the cities that makes 311.5 million tenges. According to service providers, the main debt is registered for unsuccessful category of the population," he noted.

According to him, since the beginning of the current year from 6517 submitted statements of claim, vessels considered 5732 claims for the sum of 272.8 million tenges.

"It is actually executed 3739 for the sum of 157,4 million tenges. As a whole on area, as of December 1, 2012, payment of utilities taking into account last periods made 101%, including: on a heat supply — 103%; on power supply — 100%; on gas supply — 101%; on water supply and assignment of drains — 100%" — were concluded by V. Meyster.
