West Kazakhstan region authorities ask government to reconsider the mechanism of grain allocation from Stabilization Fund

The leadership of the West Kazakhstan region asks the government of the republic to reconsider an order of grain allocation from stabilization fund.

According to the mayor Nurlan Nogayev, JSC Prodovolstvennaya kontraktnaya korporation National Company since November started emitting grain for the West Kazakhstan region from elevators of northern regions of the republic.
"It involves increase in price of corn at 5-6 thousand tenges for 1 ton and, finally, on a flour and bread of 1 grade, and as on other bakery products that doesn't allow to keep within the price of a flour determined by the Memorandum (47 tenges for 1 kg). Meanwhile on elevators of the West Kazakhstan region there are 346 thousand tons of grain of JSC Prodovolstvennaya kontraktnaya korporation Oil Company," - Nurlan Nogayev declared.
Besides, the authorities of WKR ask about prolongation of the credits which have been given out on carrying out for spring and field works through JSC Prodovolstvennaya kontraktnaya korporation till December 1, 2013. It is connected with a drought of 2012 and write-off of considerable part of cultivated areas.
