In WKR during check by bodies of prosecutor's office it is established that in the territory of the Yanvartsevsky rural district of the Zelenov area unknown persons made illegal warehousing of industrial wastes in number of 816 cubic meters.

For establishment of the caused damage on request of region's prosecutor's office department of ecology of area settled an invoice, it agrees to which damage for unauthorized placement of industrial wastes worth 119,3 million tenges. 

In prosecutor's office of the West Kazakhstan region the illegal placement of industrial wastes finds system character.

Bodies of prosecutor's office of area brought criminal case as regards 2 articles 278 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon violation of ecological requirements at burial ecologically potentially the dangerous chemicals, entailed environmental pollution therefore the large damage is caused.
