Unemployment rate decreased in Astana

Unemployment rate for the 4th quarter of 2012 in the capital made 5,6% and in comparison with 2011 (5,8%) decreased by 0,2%, level of youth unemployment decreased by 0,7% (2011 – 9%, the 4th quarter of 2012 – 8,3%), Astana official website reports with reference to the head of employment and social programs department.

Work on rendering the measures promoting regulation of a labor market and decrease of unemployment rate, will be continued in the current year.

Remind that in 2012 the employment center of Astana received 12 541 applications of job search.
