Over 5 thousand condemned are released from prisons in South Kazakhstan region
Aynur Adilbekova, senior inspector of DUIS SKR: "On the amnesty declared in connection with the 20 anniversary of the state independence, from correctional facilities of area 772 condemned were released. Among them the persons who have committed crimes of small and moderate severity, that is small thefts and hooliganisms, evasion from payment of the alimony".
As specialists of department of criminal and executive system told, the akimat and bodies of social security are responsible for employment of the released. However it is possible to find work as the former prisoner not always. 22-year-old Saken was lucky, he found opportunity to earn.
Saken amnestied: "I left on amnesty, came back home, and a month later found work. To me the akimat the electrician helped to be arranged. Now I have a salary, it is possible to tell that I began new life".
