Maternal mortality in South Kazakhstan region increased by 37%

Maternal mortality this year increased by 37%, deputy head of management of health care of the Southern Kazakhstan region Saltanat Zhabagiyev. In times the quantity of cases of infantile mortality also grew.

She told about the reasons of a sensational case of death of the woman in labor and the baby in the Kazygurtsky area. Physicians admitted the guilt.

The figures sounded in the report, revolted the deputy mayor Bolatbek Nazhmetdinula's areas. 

By the way, about mortality of mothers spoke and at republican level. So, the vice-Minister of Health of RK Tamara Voshchenkova sounded the vision of a problem — in everything the wrong approach to shots is guilty.

"Today the main reasons for insufficient rates of reduction of cases of maternal and infantile mortality in the country are irrational use of available resources, lack of concrete measures for their attraction, low executive discipline, lack of daily control over a situation and not providing a real priority of service of motherhood and the childhood".
