The head of WikiBilim fund ofRauan Kenzhekhanuly shared the opinion on support of the native language, in particular, he told that "development of the native language is a care of each citizen".

"It isn't correct to wait and demand the solution of problems of language only from the state. Certainly, there are things for which the state is responsible - an obligatory educational program, support of a cultural heritage, etc. But the state can't capture everything. Support and development of the native language has to become care of each citizen. Everyone who knows language canTo speak, write, translate.

Projects in which we are engaged, showed that people ready to devote the forces and personal time for language development much. Modern technologies created very convenient opportunities for such participation. Look, the volume, consumed information grows in the world with the geometrical progression which lion's share is created or as it is accepted to speak "are generated" by users.
