2050 Strategy is a document that gives a clear picture of what way Kazakhstan will strengthen its economy,Bundestag MP Manfred Grund commented on the message of the President.
"Kazakhstan is a key partner in Europe. Germany has such a good partnership with Kazakhstan as it does not have it with any other of the Central Asian countries. During a recent visit of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev there were signed very important documents in Berlin such as Agreement on the mineral resources and energy resources and the Treaty on innovation. Therefore, this new document is very important for us, which gives a clear idea of what way Kazakhstan will develop its economy, raise living standards by 2050," Grund said.
German deputy noted that the 2050 Kazakhstan Strategy is a continuation of the 2030 Kazakhstan Strategy.
"In 1997 Mr. Nazarbayev declared 2030 Strategy, he has set ambitious goals for the country to build a competitive economy, a just society based on equality of opportunity. Many things are already an established fact," Grund said.
According to the deputy, the new political course proclaimed by the President affects most global trends that influences not only the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, but the entire global world.
"The Strategy states the demographic issues and problems related to energy and environment and political crisis that we are experiencing at this time," he said.
"I think that the global document is one more evidence that the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is undoubtedly the world leader. We all saw during the global financial crisis, President Nazarbayev managed to find his way to sustainable development, while the ideas he expressed in the article "Keys out of the crisis." The new strategy once again shows the magnitude of the individual country's leader, his ability to see into the future," Grund concluded.
