About 900 thousand new patients are diagnosed annually. Transplantation is the gold standard in the treatment of this pathology, however, due to the shortage of donor organs, the use of mechanical support for the heart is actively developing. In this regard, the use of innovative technology - a fully implantable heart support system – has become a revolutionary breakthrough in the surgical treatment of CHF. Kazakhstan has become the first country in the world which performed the implantation of a mechanic heart.
