The Minister paid special attention to carrying out preventive work among young people.

"The young generation has a strong impact of mass culture and the Internet. Today, the ranks of various radical organizations include 80% young people under 30 years old. Yermekbayev said in his speech.

The Head of the Ministry drew attention to the possibilities of developing social projects to strengthen the family education system.

"We have the necessary infrastructure to implement international projects and invite everyone to cooperate in the field of youth policy with the involvement of NGOs. Thus, today our countries cooperate within the framework of the Youth Council of the SCO, the Turkic Council and the Council of the CIS countries. Each country – the participant of these platforms bears expenses independently. Meanwhile, on the basis of our operator, it is possible to centralize the system of financing and coordinating the activities of these platforms", N. Yermekbayev said.

In addition, the Minister suggested extending the work plans of the above-mentioned platforms among Ministers of countries that do not participate in them. At the same time, he expressed confidence that the proposals received from them would help resolve issues of international security.

Also, the Minister expressed a proposal to improve the format of joint work by organizing regular online consultations on various topical issues.

According to the press-service of the Ministry, the meeting in Moscow brought together representatives of more than 70 countries. The purpose of this meeting is to coordinate the joint actions of the Ministries in overcoming the contemporary challenges facing the youth.
