The construction of a greenhouse complex will be phased in three years. The project involves the construction of semi-closed greenhouses using the technologies of the fifth generation Ultra Clima from the company KUBO Group (Netherlands). According to experts, greenhouse complexes based on Ultra Clima technology are on average 20% more efficient than traditional greenhouses. The project provides for the construction of four blocks with a total area of 20 hectares.

We remind that a trilateral agreement on the implementation of the project for the construction of a modern greenhouse complex of 20 hectares in Aktobe region between FoodVentures B.V. (Kazakhstan), Kazakhstan-Hungary Private Equity Fund (Kazakhstan/Hungary) and "Green Capital Kazakhstan" LLP (Kazakhstan) were signed during Agro-Industrial Forum "AgroInvest Forum 2017" organized by National Holding Company "KazAgro" JSC in the city of Astana on August 25, 2017.

According to Nurlybek Malelov, the Chairman of the Board of National Holding Company "KazAgro" JSC, the implementation of this project with the participation of the private equity funds instrument once again confirms the attractiveness of country's agro-industrial complex for foreign investors. The Holding intends to continue its work with respect to the development of this financing instrument for the industry, which involves not only raising funds, but also implying the transfer of technology, increasing production efficiency, creating new jobs, which in aggregate is one of the key activities for "KazAgro".
