The volume of investment in fixed assets in January-September 2017 amounted to 5655.5 billion tenge, which is 4.4% more than in January-September 2016.

Foreign trade turnover of Kazakhstan in January-August 2017 amounted to 48736 million US dollars and compared with January-August 2016 increased by 26.4%, including exports - 30.316.8 million US dollars (32.2% more), imports 18419.2 million US dollars (17.9% more).
Number of registered legal entities as of October 1, 2017 amounted to 405035 units and increased in comparison with the corresponding period of the previous year by 7.1%, including 396189 units with the number of employees less than 100 people. The consumer price index in September 2017 compared to December 2016 was 104.2%. Prices for food products increased by 3.1%, non-food products - by 5.5%, paid services for the population - by 4.3%. Prices of manufacturing enterprises for industrial products in September 2017 compared to December 2016 increased by 8.6%.
In addition, the average per capita nominal monetary incomes of the population, as estimated in August 2017, amounted to 79469 tenge, which is 4.3% higher than in August 2016, real cash income for the period decreased by 2.5%.
The average monthly nominal wage of an evaluation employee in September 2017 was 148287 tenge.
The number of unemployed people estimated in September 2017 was 438.9 thousand people. The unemployment rate was 4.9% of the labor force. The number of people registered as unemployed in the employment services in the end of September 2017 amounted to 128.8 thousand people or 1.4% of the workforce.
