And today, Kazakhstan faces new challenges based on the 5 institutional reforms initiated by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. 5 institutional reforms cover a wide range of issues. The reforms should affect not only economic growth, but also the overall social well-being of the population, their sense of solidarity, unity and confidence", - A. Zholdybalina said.
As the expert noted, the main actors of these reforms are the citizens.
"The strengthening of the Kazakh identity based on civil principles, values, national idea "Mangilik El", "Society of Universal Labour" will give the necessary impetus to Kazakhstan's progress, development of patriotism, mutual responsibility of the state and society for the country and people" - A. Zholdybalina added.
According to her, the five presidential reforms are aimed at systemic changes. Joint work of the state and the citizens will lead to a significant new level of life of each person and the country.
